Wesley A Cottrell

Wesley A. Cottrell has been successfully practicing law for over 20 years. Born in Springdale , Arkansas and raised in Baxter Springs , Kansas , Wes is licensed in Arkansas , Kansas , Missouri , and Oklahoma .

Wes earned his B.A. from Pittsburg State University and his J.D. from the Washburn University School of Law in Topeka , Kansas . He was admitted to practice law in Kansas in 1986, in Missouri in 1987, in Arkansas in 1989, and Oklahoma in 1993. He is also licensed to practice law in the United States District Courts for the District of Kansas, Eastern Arkansas, Western Arkansas, and Western Missouri .

Wes lives in Rogers , Arkansas with his lovely wife Shelly and their two daughters, Kennedy and Gabby. He is active in his community, and is regularly asked to teach courses to other attorneys on personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation.

    Margie Alsbrook

    Margie Alsbrook is a graduate of Hendrix College and the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she was a member of the Arkansas Law Review and the founding editor-in-chief of the Journal of Food Law & Policy.

    After graduating from law school Margie was awarded a scholarship to study for her LL.M. (masters of law) degree. She completed her course work in 2005 - 2006 and is in the process of completing her thesis, which will appear in the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law in late 2008.

    In 2006 Margie agreed to serve as a Case Manager for the federal Office of Disaster Assistance and help with the overload of cases from Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma. In November of that year she was named the Top Performer for her group of over 100 attorneys in recognition of her outstanding problem solving skills and ability to resolve open cases. She joined the Cottrell Law Office upon her return to Northwest Arkansas in early 2007.

    Margie lives in Springdale , Arkansas , with her husband Dan Foshee and their three well-trained dogs. In her spare time she enjoys mentoring young professionals and volunteering for various charity organizations such as CASA of Northwest Arkansas, Life Styles, Inc., and the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks.
